Field Trips will be organized through the Administrator overseeing field trips (Ms. Cruz) with the support of your SLC Administrator. The following checklist will assist you in ensuring that all necessary procedures are followed and completed. Please include all required forms when submitting a request for Field Trip. All forms are attached and available for you to download and print. The process must be completed at least 45 working days before the trip. All information must be completed in order to begin processing your request.
